COVID-19 has been increasing for 13 days, Six instructions gave to the technical committee

The number of identified patients with COVID-19 has increased in the country in recent days. After the last 3 months, daily recognition was published on Wednesday. 232 people currently know the virus. In this situation, the National Technical Advisory Committee convened an extraordinary meeting. Eight instructions were issued from the meeting of the Technical Commission held on Tuesday (June 14).

With the advent of a new type of coronavirus, the number of patients diagnosed with each day dropped to less than a thousand by the end of February. At one point on March 26, it dropped to less than a hundred.

On May 5, the number of patients diagnosed per day was reduced to 4 to reduce the number of infections. However, the number of patients admitted has increased again in the last 13 days since May 22.

After 11 weeks, the number of patients admitted daily with COVID-19 on Sunday is again more than one hundred. According to the Ministry of Health, 109 people were infected with coronavirus in the country that day. 126 new patients were identified within 24 hours until Monday morning. The number of patients identified on Tuesday rose to 162. Two hundred left on Wednesday.

For COVID-19 Prevention Technical Committee Guidelines:

1) Applications must be submitted in all types of media in order to re-encourage the public to comply with health regulations. In any case, it should be mandatory to wear veils, apply the "No Mask No Service" principle, maintain social distance, exclude public meetings.

2) Many people suffering from fever, colds and coughs have not passed the COVID-19 test and preventive measures have been taken and the number of infections is increasing. To this end, those who have symptoms and those who come into contact with people infected with Kevid-19 should be asked to test.

3) In countries where the level of transmission of Covid-19 virus variants and subvariants is high, it is considered to enter our country through infected people. To this end, the necessary steps must be taken in air, land and sea ports. A negative Kovid-19 certificate, a comment certificate, is required for this. Especially for passengers coming from more affected countries. Ensure rapid antigen testing of suspects. Infected people should be quarantined while the infection continues.

4) Those who have not yet taken the second and third doses of Covid-19 vaccine should be interested in taking it. The NITAG recommendations for vaccinating children aged 5 to 12 should be followed. If the World Health Organization approves the fourth dose, it should be considered. The possibility of identifying a Covid-19 variant should be considered. Research is needed to find out how long the resistance to the vaccine will last.

5) Special beds, ICU systems, and manpower available to treat patients with Kovid-19 should be well prepared to treat affected patients increasingly.

6) Interdepartmental meetings may be held as necessary to enforce decisions.
